We can ship to virtually anywhere within the UK.

Shipping is calculated from the weight of the item.

Shipping to Ireland, Channel Islands and Scottish Highlands will incur additional charges (quotes available on request).  International orders will incur additional charges. 

Order availability

We will ship products that are in stock within 2-4 working days of receiving your order. We make every effort to ensure that our site has up-to-date information about product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place an order, we will send you an e-mail telling you how soon we will be able to ship the order.

Returns

If you wish to return a product purchased from us, you may do so within 7 working days of receiving the product. Please include the order number to enable us to trace the order. We will refund the price of the product, less any delivery costs charged, unless the product is defective, in which case we will also refund the initial delivery costs.

The products returned for credit must be in unopened original packaging with no damage to the boxes or equipment. Items returned for credit which have been opened, with any damage to internal packaging/wrapping will be subject to a minimum 15% handling charge.  Any items returned with packing missing/damaged or any other contents, such as looms, remote controls, instruction manuals will also be charged to the customer.

Any items returned to us within 7 - 28 working days will be subject to a 25% handling charge. Items returned to us after 28days will not be subject to a refund or exchange.

Faulty Goods

Any goods returned for credit which are not faulty will be returned to the customer with the original carriage charge, plus £25 service fee. Any items missing will also be charged.

Any items returned faulty (which have been purchased and returned within 14 days) will be replaced and sent back to the customer carriage free. Certain exclusions apply (listed below).

Any items returned to THEBASSBIN for service which, under inspection and/or testing are not faulty will be returned back to the customer subject to a £25 service charge and the original carriage charge.

Most items carry 12 months' warranty. Exclusions include: subwoofer boxes, looms, wiring kits, remote controls, batteries, software discs, brackets, facia trims, cases, aerials, and speaker plates. Most ex-demo units carry 12 months warranty unless otherwise stated. Subwoofers are not covered for voice-coil damage due to abuse, overheating, or distortion. Speaker tinsel leads are not covered due to abuse. Damage caused to facia panels by misuse (ie. dropping) is not covered. We do not cover theft of facia panels, main units or any other item.

Faulty items can only be sent back from UK mainland addresses. The return carriage charges quoted are for UK mainland only - other areas will incur additional charges.

Orders cancelled

THE BASSBIN reserves the right to cancel or refund any order if goods have been processed with an incorrect price or description, for example due to any technical error.
